So don't sell the farm. Start smaller. Think of it -- an occasional (monthly? quarterly? bi-yearly?) sit-er-down for a chosen few. Think of the fun you'd have planning it, shopping for it, oh shucks.... just doing it!! The possibilities are endless. You've heard of Baby-Daddy? You'd be Chef-Daddy! Parenting a lovely spread....
