ntsc - I can only recommend one resturant that will be relatively close to where you are staying. South Side otherwise known as The Tree House. The food depends on the line and to some extent the ship. The Princess Grill on the QE II holds its own with any resturant I've been in. At the time I sailed on her, she was a five class ship and the Princess Grill served half of the second class. First class ate in the Queen's Grill, which was not considered as good a resturant. Yes, different kitchens as well.

We've also sailed several times each on Holland-America and Celebrity, with only one bad food experience in perhaps 8 cruises. And that may have been less the food than one person at our table was a loud mouthed bigot, or the ship was old and within a year of being withdrawn from service.
